The 20th Haksan Kim Seong-ryul Jangsa Cup Ssireum Competition
Changwon City, Gyeongsangnam-do announced that the opening ceremony of the ’21st Haksan Kim Seong-ryul Jangsa Cup National Jangsa Wrestling Competition’ was held at the Jinhae Culture Center gymnasium on the 3rd. 스포츠 토토사이트
Hosted by the Korea Ssireum Association and organized by the Gyeongsangnam-do Ssireum Association and the Changwon City Ssireum Association, this competition was founded in 2004 to commemorate the achievements and challenging spirit of the late Kim Seong-ryul.
This competition, which started on the 30th of last month with about 700 players from 87 teams nationwide participating, will continue until the 5th.
The competition will be held in individual and team competitions for elementary, middle, high school and college divisions, and individual competitions for women.
Changwon City expects that this will help revitalize the local economy as more than 1,000 athletes, wrestling officials, and parents will visit Changwon and use lodging and restaurants during the competition.
Jangsa Kim Seong-ryul (1948-2004), from Changwon (formerly Masan), was known as a ‘ssireum legend’ who dominated the sand court for 10 years in the 1970s, including winning 8 consecutive wins at the Presidential Kijeon National Jangsa Ssireum Competition and 4 consecutive wins at the KBS Cup National Jangsa Ssireum Competition. 온라인 슬롯
