Former South Korean international striker Hwang Eui-jo (32, Nottingham Forest), who has been accused of illegal filming, has attracted interest from French Ligue 1 side Montpellier HSC, according to local reports.

“Montpellier are considering signing Hwang Ui-jo and Yann Caramo (Torino) to bolster their attack,” French media outlet L’Equipe reported on March 31 (local time).

Montpellier is looking for a new striker as the contract of striker Kelvin Yeboah, 토토사이트 who was signed on loan from Genoa (Italy), is about to expire.

Hwang Ui-jo, who has played in France in the past, appears to be at the top of their list.

Hwang spent three seasons with Bordeaux in the French Ligue 1 until the 2021-2022 season. He made 92 appearances and scored 29 goals.

After leaving Bordeaux to join Nottingham (England) in August 2022, Hwang was loaned to Olympiakos (Greece) before returning to his original club ahead of the 2023-2024 season.

However, he was loaned out to Championship side Norwich City in September last year, but recently returned to Nottingham after his loan deal with Norwich expired early after four months.

Hwang is under police investigation for illegally filming a sexual encounter with his ex-lover.
