The National Assembly’s Culture, Sports and Tourism Ministry has called for the prosecution of Lee Im-sang, the technical director of the Korea Football Association, during a national audit of related organizations.

Democratic Party of Korea lawmaker Lee Ki-heon, chairman of the Culture, Sports and Tourism Committee, said during a national audit on Feb. 22 that he wants 스포츠토토사이트 Lee to be charged with perjury.

Earlier, Lee was asked about who accompanied Hong Myung-bo during his interview with the director during the MOC’s current affairs inquiry on March 24. “It was just Director Hong and me,” Lee said. However, it turned out that besides Hong and Lee, the vice president of the association, Choi Young-il, was also present at the scene.

“His (Lee’s) statement was found to be perjury,” Lee said, noting that Vice President Choi was also present. “We request that the committee charge Lee with perjury under the Parliamentary Evidence Act for giving false testimony,” he told the former chairman.

The former chairman responded, “We will consider how to deal with the issue of perjury and the failure of agreed witnesses to appear at the committee level.”
